Battery ordering procedure

We provide electric vehicle battery refurbishment services involving the replacement of degraded modules or cells with new, more advanced units based on newer technology and offering higher energy density. Replacing the modules increases the battery capacity, significantly improves driving comfort, enables faster charging, and extends the vehicle’s range.

The lead time is approximately 10–12 weeks from receipt of a 50% advance payment. We build the battery at our Battery Technology Center, so we do not require the customer’s vehicle during this stage. We use the original battery housing and other components from the previous battery, including original busbars, the BMS, temperature sensors, and wiring harnesses.

Once the battery is ready and has passed testing, we arrange the replacement appointment. The installation itself usually takes no more than half a working day.

The replacement is carried out at our Centre in Kozerki, near Grodzisk Mazowiecki. Installation is included in the quoted price. We can also ship the battery to a service workshop indicated by the customer; in that case, transport costs and likely installation costs will be added.

The customer’s old battery, including its cells/modules, remains with us for disposal.
