Personal Data Administrator

Data processing

The Administrator may process your data for the following purposes:

  1. Contact form/address: for the purpose of responding to inquiries and contacting users – the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO (the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract or for taking action prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject).
  2. Tab “Team”: for the purpose of presentation of EVorkshop employees – the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) RODO (consent of the employee, collaborator).
  3. Newsletter: in order to send information and marketing information and news – the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO (your consent).
  4. Direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products and services or those of related entities – if you consent to the processing of personal data for this purpose, this consent will be the legal basis for the processing of personal data.
  5. Analytical and statistical activities.
  6. Debt collection.
  7. Establish and assert or defend against claims.

Users’ data are not processed in an automated manner so that any decisions could be made against them as a result.

Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the above purposes.

Data retention period

Your personal data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the specific purposes of processing:

  1. Data from the contact form/address: for the period necessary to respond to the inquiry and for archiving purposes.
  2. Newsletter data: until the user revokes consent.
  3. Images and data of employees: for the duration of employment and in accordance with signed consents.
  4. For a period justified by the interests of the data controller (business purposes justifying contact).
  5. Data collected for marketing purposes, sending an offer: until you withdraw your consent to process your personal data for this purpose.
  6. The storage period may be extended if the processing of personal data is necessary for the investigation or defense against claims. To the extent that the basis for data processing is consent, personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn. The statute of limitations is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims relating to the conduct of business – 3 years (unless a special provision provides otherwise).

Transfer of personal data

Your personal data may be made available to entities and authorities authorized to process such data by law. Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the Administrator, including, but not limited to, subcontractors, IT service providers, marketing agencies, with such entities processing data on the basis of a contract with the Administrator and only in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions.

Your personal data may be transferred to entities affiliated with the data controller and other entities cooperating with the Administrator in the provision of services.

Transfer of personal data

  1. Users’ personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to partners, subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Data Controller.
  2. Transferred data is transferred based on the Standard Corporate Clauses of 20221 and secured in a way that ensures an adequate standard of personal data protection and a contract for entrustment and transfer of personal data is concluded with the entities to which personal data is transferred outside the EEA, together with safeguards appropriate to the data protection risks resulting from the Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA).

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data and the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction of its processing.

You have the right to data portability, i.e. to receive your personal data from the controllers, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format. You may send this data to another controller.

To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on the premise of the controllers’ legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds related to your particular situation.

To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw it. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to kontakt@evorkshop.com. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
