We have become authorized CATL’s partner as Official Service Agent in Poland

EVorkshop.com sp. z o.o. (EVCom) and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL) have entered into an important cooperation focused on aftermarket services of electric vehicle batteries and on servicing energy storage systems in Poland. With this agreement, EVCom has been appointed as CATL’s Official Service Agent (OSA), taking responsibility for the aftersales and warranty services for CATL’s customers in Poland, both in automotive and industrial sector.

The cooperation is structured around a mutual exchange of expertise. CATL will deliver in-depth training to EVCom’s personnel, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer on battery technologies. In turn, EVCom will deploy its qualified battery specialists and utilize its facilities to provide aftersales support to CATL’s Polish clients.

This collaboration not only strengthens CATL’s service level in Poland but also enhances EVCom’s capabilities in servicing EVs batteries for other customers, which has been so far its main business. Having access to CATL knowledge and parts will increase EVCom possibility to serve to IAM.
