We are finally starting real work as CATL’s Official Service Agent in Poland!

Signing the agreement was only a small step in this long journey that has eventually brought us to the “in operation” status.

In the meantime, we had to learn a lot – not only about technical matters (and obtain appropriate certificates), but also about CATL’s organization, people’s mindset, and even their electronic management system.

Finally, a couple of weeks ago, our team of technicians visited several customers, providing services for electric buses.

We would like to express special words of gratitude to Paweł and Andrzej who worked in truly severe conditions in the middle of the Polish winter, with snow and temperatures as low as -8°C, driving up and down across the whole country.

Now we are updating our software and hardware to be able to service e-vans as well, as we have received several inquiries about vehicles from this segment.
